We Deliver High Standard Infrastructure
At Aara Tex, we maintain a rigorous fabric inspection process to ensure the highest standards of quality from the very beginning of production.
Fabric Inspection & Laying
Fabric inspection and laying are crucial steps in our production process. Every fabric roll undergoes a detailed 4-point inspection to identify defects such as stains, holes, and shade variations, ensuring only quality-approved materials proceed. The approved fabric is then precisely laid using manual or automated techniques to maintain grain alignment, reduce wastage, and ensure a solid foundation for accurate cutting and high-quality garment production.
Cutting Section
Once fabric laying is complete, the layered fabric is cut using state-of-the-art cutting machines, including straight knife, band knife, and round knife cutters, depending on the fabric type and complexity of the pattern. We use marker planning software to optimize fabric usage and reduce wastage, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable production. Our cutting tables are designed to handle both bulk and small-lot orders, maintaining consistency across every piece.

Sewing Section
where precision meets craftsmanship. Our sewing floor is equipped with a wide range of modern sewing machines, including single needle, overlock, flatlock, and coverstitch machines, to accommodate various garment styles and construction techniques. Each sewing line is managed by experienced supervisors and staffed with skilled operators trained to maintain quality and efficiency. We follow assembly line production methods, allowing for streamlined workflow and better time management.
Checking Section
The checking section at Aara Tex plays a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality. After sewing, every garment undergoes a thorough inspection to identify and correct any defects in stitching, measurements, trims, or overall appearance. Skilled quality inspectors check each piece against approved samples and measurement specifications. This includes evaluating seam strength, label placement, finishing quality, and aesthetic details.
Ironing Section
The Ironing Section at Aara Tex is designed to give garments a crisp, clean, and retail-ready finish. After the final quality check and pinning, garments are sent for steam ironing or pressing, using temperature-controlled irons and vacuum tables that suit different fabric types and garment styles. Our trained staff ensures each piece is pressed with precision, focusing on seam alignment, wrinkle removal, and overall appearance.
Packing Section
The Packing process is carefully managed to ensure each garment is neatly presented and ready for delivery. After final inspection, garments are aligned and manually pinned to maintain their correct shape, ensuring precise folds, sharp creases, and a clean overall appearance. This step is essential for maintaining consistency and garment structure during packing. Once pinned, garments move to the packing section where they are folded according to buyer specifications using templates for accuracy.
