Our trained QC team uses AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards to perform random and systematic checks, focusing on key parameters such as fabric quality, stitching accuracy, sizing, finishing, and presentation. Any defect is flagged, corrected, and rechecked to maintain consistency and reliability.
We also conduct needle detection, shrinkage testing, and colorfastness tests when required by buyers, ensuring the end product is not only well-made but also safe and durable. This comprehensive approach helps us deliver garments that meet the expectations of global clients with confidence.
